I was reminded today that some of you may have been waiting for me to post updates here in order to keep up with my dad.
My dad is doing great. He is continuing to heal very quickly and is anxious to get back to regular activities. His scarring is healing well and much of the swelling is virtually gone.
He is walking around the neighborhood regularly in order to get his endurance back to pre-surgery levels.
He is also enjoying his new iPad which has allowed him to keep up to date with a lot of the goings on during the last few weeks. He enjoys his visits from many of you, so feel free to continue checking in on him from time to time.
Many thanks for all of the prayers and well wishes. There has been a great peace that we have all experienced through this process, a true evidence of God's great love and faithfulness.
